Remember the scene in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" where little Toula Portokalos is sitting by herself at the lunch table in grade school and one of the girls ask her what she's having for lunch, then Toula replies Moussakka and the girl goes "oh gross you're eating Moose Ca Ca?" Well I found a light version in Rachel Ray's Everyday magazine (october issue) and decided to make it. It tasted nothing like ca ca.
