I'm that girl at parties who keeps gum in her mouth so I don't OD at the buffet table. The problem is really the warm dips, I can't stop and would make a spectacle of myself. I think one of my top favorite is spinach artichoke dip. The saltier and creamier the better. I found a recipe in Cooking Light for a spinach and artichoke quesadilla. They were yummy and the bonus was Sydney liked it too. I served it with a corn and bean salad and was able to be around spinach and artichokes gum free.
