Trent, Kirk, and Curt are all hard at work on the front door and pantry projects. I knew I had to keep the girls out of the house. Our school district had a big carnival and we decided to spend the afternoon there. They had a shuttle system from all the grade schools to take you to the High School where the action was. So Sydney got her first bus ride and was thrilled to be like her big sister and ride a big yellow school bus. Here’s our adventures in pictures:
We had a blast. I can’t wait to go back next year with Trent.
The boys weren’t progressing as fast as they anticipated, so they decided to stay another night. I stopped by the grocery store on the way home to pick up more beer and then camped in the kitchen to make a big meal of penne with meatballs. We ate out on the patio again.

Elizabeth's love affair with horses started when she was about Sydney's age and went horseback riding at Eckarts during a Bond Quarterly...it was October 11, 2003! It's so cute to see Sydney (and Lauren!) on horses, too!
Definitely want to go to Spirit Fest next year!!
