Loving loving loving the weather! We’ve been spending so much time outside and as a result, I get behind on the inside things (such as my time on the computer). I don’t mind though, I’m happy being outside!
Cate's Springtime Risotto Soup from Cooking Light. It was perfect because it takes under 30 minutes to make, which complimented with my being outside thing…and hello, it has the word Springtime in it.
