So there was the chicken I was supposed to make last night and I decided after a night off it was time to get back into the nitty gritty of cooking. I decided to grill and, of course, it started raining…again.
But the girls had fun playing with their Barbie house while I bbq’d outside.
I grilled chicken and basted it with traditional bbq sauce (KC style, my favorite). I also grilled corn and made a corn and edamame salad with lemon vinaigrette and a cilantro and lime coleslaw.
It was a fun Sunday night and like most Sunday nights, I’m sad the weekend is almost over, but at the same time ready to get the week’s adventures started.
