We are heading due north!
Apparently with lots of stuff. We split the drive to Ely, Minnesota and drove about 7 hours to Wisconsin Dells and stayed at a hotel with an indoor and outdoor waterpark.

Trent waterparking in conjunction to cocktailing….his multitasking skills are remarkably complex.
We had a great afternoon and the weather cooperated oh so well.
Lauren felt very fancy having a cranberry juice poolside (I cannot say the word cranberry juice without thinking of that scene in “The Departed”….)
We took the girls to dinner at Buffalo Phil’s restaurant. We went last year and had a great time.
After dinner.
We attempted to have Sydney sleep in the pull out couch with Lauren in our hotel room (it was a “suite”).
The picture should have been warning enough (Lauren looks either possessed or drunk, but I swear she’s neither), the girls were slap happy and sleeping together just meant they got more opportunity to stall any sleeping. Good thing the hotel had a pack and play in our room ready to go, they knew something we didn’t.

We had the girls sleeping in the same bed for the first time in Cancun. The first night they stayed up giggling for a long time but after that, they got the hang of it. So fun!
